This course covers basic design, layout and information architecture for creating functional, visually-appealing websites. Topics include color theory, graphical layout and data organization which are the fundamental basis for a professional user interface. Supporting software may include Flash animation and programming, and dynamic MySQL/PHP database techniques. Prerequisites include a working knowledge of HTML and V22.0002 (Introduction to Computers and Programming) or equivalent C experience.

The class meets on Mondays and Wednesdays from 3:30-4:45 in WWH 109. The Office Hour will be held from 5pm-6pm on Wednesdays in WWH 427.
