You will need:
  1. 3 smooth 12" sticks
  2. string or thread
  3. several rubber bands
  4. thick paper
Tools:

1. Take 2 of the sticks and overlap them 3" of the way. Rubberband them together.

2. Bind them with the string (thread) to make the joint stronger.

3. Cut two slits at the ends of the bow.

4. Bend it a little and tie another piece of string to the slits, creating some tension in the string.

5. Now take the thick paper and cut it into this shape.

Tape it to the 3rd stick. This is your arrow.
NOTE: DO NOT make the point of the arrow sharp!
