Wed Oct 17. LOD papers and hw2 Please pick up the second hw (it is big, so start soon). Also, papers related to LOD and simplification can be picked up in the lecture directory (lecture 4).
Wed Sep 25. Guest Lecture next week. Next week, Professor Perlin will be our guest lecturer. He will speak about his Java-based renderer for the web.
Wed Sep 19. Updated Lecture 1. I had put up some preliminary version of my lecture notes last week. It has now been updated. Please take a look. This includes the sample OpenGL programs discussed in class yesterday.
Fri Sep 11. The World Trade Center Tragedy.
This was to be the first day of our class. We grieve for the terrible losses at the recent events that struck so close to home. I pray that each of you and your extended families are safe. Please do let me know if this is not the case. In any case, I will do all I can to minimize its impact on you in this course.
