University of Wisconsin X-ray Microbeam Database (UBDB)
The following are all coming soon I hope:
Original database:
Data from the original Wisconsin UBDB datasets which contain
simultaneous audio and articulatory movements. Also some details about
the data and how it was collected.
My code:
MATLAB programs to read and write the various UBDB file formats,
to compute the palate automatically, to collect
basic statistics, etc.
Filled-in database:
A version of the database in which mistracks have been automatically
corrected using a PCA mixtures model that I developed for my thesis.
Interesting figures:
Some figures from my thesis which illustrate interesting things I
found in the database.
