GCC is not yet ported to IRIX 6.4, but the native MIPS compiler was
able to compile the SETL system using the following CFLAGS:

  -O3 -OPT:Olimit=0 -DNDEBUG -D_LONG_LONG_LIMB

The version of the compiler as reported by the command "cc -version"
is:
