TROUBLE SHOOTING: (1) The most common problem arises because you are behind a firewall. There is little we can do here. (2) Normally the Java applet loads quickly. If not, just be patient. (3) The message "max number of users exceeded" could ALSO mean that our image server is down -- this is rare, but could happen. If you suspect this, just send a message to visual@cs.nyu.edu.
