[SMT-COMP] Questions about the ''New 24-second score" in SMT-COMP'19

Hello,
In this year's SMT-COMP, there will be a new track called "New 24-second
score".
However, I also fid from the "Benchmark selection" part,  that most easy
benchmarks will be removed.

Is it possible to keep those benchmarks only for the "New 24-second score"?
I think this is reasonable, since a solver's
designer may want to give up hard constraints and only target on this
track.
