[SMT-COMP] Questions

Hi,

I have a few questions about the SMT competition:

1) Is the 2018 benchmark scrambler already available and, if yes, where 
can I find it? (I found the scramblers for 2014-2017 on StarExec but 
none for 2018.)
2) When will the submission form be available?
3) When will the competition rules be finalized?
