Todd, I'm not sure what you have already looked at.  But here are
three possible references:

Maria Luisa Dalla Chiara's article in the Handbook of Philosophical Logic,
volume III.

Beltrametti and Cassinelli, The Logic of Quantum Mechanics, Addison-Wesley,
1981

Holdsworth and Hooker's paper in Logic in the 20th Century, Scientia, 1983.

But I'm not sure how much these items go into real foundational matters.
