I appreciate him too, Neil, but you don't need to ask anyone not to impose distractions--you only need to be a saint to persist when the whole world is against you, having loud detractors as well as loud supporters is just the normal situation and only fragile egos get derailed by criticism when there is comparable encouragement. -- JS
